Where possible and useful, we visit your company’s facilities and have conversations with company management to gain an understanding of the company’s key strengths, weaknesses, risks, and opportunities, further helping us arrive at a conclusion of value.

We determine appropriate valuation approaches to apply based on the circumstances and availability of information. We work through the analysis and calculations of value. We determine the applicability of any valuation discounts, premiums, or adjustments and apply them where relevant.

A preliminary estimate of value is determined by GRW Appraisal Services and communicated to you. The method of reporting can vary. At times, statutory reporting requirements dictate the level of detail to be presented. Depending on the requirements, the reported information can range from a set of valuation exhibits that present a detail of the analysis, to a comprehensive written report that discusses the valuation methods utilized, states key assumptions, and presents the market data relied upon in the valuation. After considering your feedback we will issue a final valuation report.
